Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive sales strategies: Build and execute business plans aimed at increasing sales, expanding market share, and optimizing revenue. Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets are met.
Manage the sales team: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to ensure maximum performance. Guide and support the team in prospecting clients and closing deals.
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retail stores, and strategic business partners. Ensure the highest level of customer service and partner satisfaction.
Market research and analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly and monthly sales performance. Make recommendations to optimize sales processes and increase business efficiency.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience: At least 7-10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Strong team management and leadership skills. Ability to analyze and build sales strategies based on data.
Communication skills: Exceptional communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to build strong and strategic business relationships.
